TERMS OF PURCHASE
How to order
On our website, you order by clicking on the items you wish to purchase. In the shopping cart, you can then adjust how many copies of each item you want. When you are finished with your order, click on the “checkout” button. There you can then choose the payment method you prefer to use.
If you have any problems, you are welcome to send us an e-mail , and we will help you.
By placing an order, you accept our terms of purchase and agree to your name and address being registered in our customer register.
Prices
The prices on the website are stated in local currensy. The price includes VAT. VAT is 6% on books & tickets, 25% on records & merchandise. We reserve the right to change the prices on the website without prior notice.
Terms of sale
Orders received are binding by law. We follow recommendations from the Swedish Consumer Agency.
We reserve the right to make corrections, price changes and final sales that may occur despite continuous updating of the online store.
SECURE PAYMENT
Card payment
Visa or Mastercard via XXXX No extra fee. Please note that the total amount of the order will be debited from your account/credit card within the next few days even if your order cannot be delivered immediately.
You can also pay with Paypal.
Shipping
We use diffrent shipment solutions with full traceability. You will receive an email/text message when the goods have arrived at the agent. The delivery time for XXXXXX
DDR has a warehouse in Stockholm and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. If all items in your order are in stock, they will be sent 1-4 working days after your order. If the item is not in stock, it will normally be back in stock within a couple of days. If you order multiple items and one is out of stock, the remaining items will be awaited before the order is sent. If you order not yet released items with different release dates, you need to place separate orders to receive delivery on the release date, otherwise the last release date will always be awaited before the entire order is sent.
