Hellman & Härden was a Swedish alternative rock band with roots in Fagersta. The band was fronted by singer and lyricist Fredrik Hellman, whose intense and poetic lyrics defined the group’s sound.

Their debut EP, Viva Karima!, was released in 2020 on Dala Destroi Records. It featured tracks like “Svinen,” “Vackra förlorare,” and “Kom knivhugg,” characterized by raw, emotional energy.

After the tragic passing of Fredrik Hellman in November 2021, when he took his own life, a posthumous album titled Falla genom en dröm (“Falling Through a Dream”) was released in 2022. The album compiled previously recorded material and included songs such as “Natten brinner,” “Graceland,” and “Sparka in alla dörrar.” It’s a deeply personal and powerful record that reflects Hellman’s artistic vision and inner struggle.

Hellman & Härden left a lasting impact on the Swedish alternative scene with their uncompromising style and honest expression.
