Notes: Not to be confused with the Australian/NZ album “The Beginning Of The Enz” which consists of songs recorded in 1973 and 1974, and has an entirely different cover.
“Beginning Of The Enz” (without “The” before “Beginning” on the front cover, but with “The” on the label and spine) was released by Chrysalis Records in late 1980, after the “True Colours” had been issued in Europe. This album consists of tracks from the UK “Mental Notes” (1976) on side two and tracks from “Dizrythmia” on side one, plus the first appearance on LP of the single track “Another Great Divide”.
The French edition is slightly different to the UK one in that it has an orange border around the cover photo and also bears the legend “Music Volume: 18” on the front. On the back it says “Famous Stars / Nouvelle Gravure Music Volume: 18”.
