Some copies of the magazine are hand-signed / inscribed by Dave E on his photo printed inside. According to publisher James Ellis:
“Dave signed those while sitting at my kitchen table while I was collating & packing up orders right after it first came out. We were in a band called The [a=Jazz Destroyers] & were gigging regularly & hung out together a lot. He sat there signing them for about an hour or so, until he got bored, so I’d agree with the estimate of somewhere around 75 copies. We had a lot of friends in NY in those days so I think NY got most of them tho I know some went to LA too, the Bomp store I believe. I remember he regretted putting his phone number on some of them because he got crazy calls in the middle of the night as a result, sometimes asking him to receive the call collect.”
